At Aurée Fragrance, each order is handled with care to ensure your scent experience arrives safely and beautifully packaged.
1. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer standard ground shipping across the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Orders on samples only enjoy FREE shipping via USPS Regular Mail.

Orders on samples with other items, such as full bottles, tote bags or notebooks, are subject to the following shipping cost policy:

Orders $89.99 and above: FREE Standard Ground Shipping (within U.S. only);

Orders under $89.99: $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping.
2. Processing Times
Because select Aurée creations feature bespoke customization, processing times vary based on your order selections:

Standard Orders: Processed within 1 to 3 days.

Customized / Bespoke Orders: Items requiring custom scent blending or bottle color selections are individually prepared and processed within 1 to 5 days.

Orders are also processed during weekends and holidays.
3. Carrier Transit Times & Delays
Once your order has been crafted and handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), standard ground transit times apply.
While we make every effort to ship your package promptly, actual transit times are managed by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed by Aurée Fragrance. We appreciate your patience regarding potential carrier delays outside of our control.
4. International Orders
Currently, Aurée Fragrance only fulfills orders within the United States. If you are placing an order for international delivery outside the United States, please note that your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged for your order.
